Slow Cooked Beef Short Ribs

Ingredients:

Grass-fed beef short ribs

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

3 cups Bone broth

1 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Onion powder

1/2 tsp Dried rosemary

1/2 tsp Kosher salt

Black pepper

Dried parsley

Olive oil

Green beans

Grass-fed butter

Instructions:

Pat the beef short ribs dry.

In a hot cast iron skillet- sear the short ribs on all sides each for 60 seconds in olive oil.

In a crockpot add the Worcestershire sauce, bone broth and spice mixture (excluding parsley).

Add the seared short ribs to the crockpot.

Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours.

Before serving- prepare the green beans- wash the beans and trim the ends.

In a hot cast iron skillet sautΓ© the beans in butter, kosher salt and garlic powder until fork tender.

Plate the short ribs with cooked green beans and top with dried parsley and black pepper. Enjoy!
