Cucumber Mint Salad

+ 2 medium cucumbers (halved, seeds removed and chopped)
+ 1/4-1/2 cup mixed mint and basil
+ juice of half a lemon
+ drizzle of honey, red wine vinegar and olive oil
+ sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste
