Sausage + Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:

1lb breakfast sausage

1 30oz package hash browns

1/2 red onion, diced

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

8 eggs

1 cup milk

Instructions:

Dice the onion and set aside.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Grease a 9x13 casserole dish (butter).

In a skillet, brown and crumble the sausage and set aside.

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the hash browns. Mix in the onion and sauté.

Once cooked, add the hash browns evenly to casserole dish.

Add cooked sausage and cheese evenly to casserole dish.

Whisk the eggs, milk and spice mixture together and pour it over the casserole.

Bake for 35-45 minutes.

Enjoy with fresh herbs, your favorite hot sauce and more cheese!
