Sausage Jalapeño Poppers 

Ingredients:

16oz hot pork breakfast sausage, thawed 

8oz cream cheese, softened

10 large jalapeños 

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 

2 tbs Parmesan 

1tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt

Pepper

Instructions:

In a large bowl mix together softened cream cheese, sausage, Parmesan, and spices. 

Preheat the oven to 425°F. 

Wash jalapeños. Slice lengthwise, remove seeds. 

Place them open side up on a cookie sheet. 

Fill the jalapeños with the meat mixture. 

Add cheddar cheese on top. 

Bake for ~30 minutes or until sausage is cooked throughly.
